I checked the supplementary list also. It is not listed yet. No hearing again?

I checked again, cause list for court room 1 is also updated and it is not listed again.

Though I am not eligble for this due to language. But look at the plight of recruitment. They have set cutoff date for experience as 1st April 2025.

Demanding 3 yr experience to be completed by then. I fail to understand, the judgement was prospective in nature. It should applied for future recruitment. When gazetted rule etc on 1st April was old rule. And new rule gazetted subsequently. How they can demand retrospective operation of rule.

If the defence is that it is old recruitment for year 2025, then rule applicable at that time should apply.

This makes me anxious that unless this 3 year rule hearing finally settle. This judgement has created so much chaos which will have effect for 5 years. As much as it is delayed their will be writ for age limit especially for djs. Those who are in the age bracket of 28-29 years will get only one last attempt.

There will be multiple writ at every point of stage.
