Looking for books with no mention of the real world, where the MC has and uses magic

Ok I'm trying this again and explaining better since last time a lot of people didn't understand what I was asking for. I go through about a book a day so I'm really struggling to find new things to read.

#Looking for magical books. I mean real magic relevant to the plot, not just mythical creatures or subtle mentions of it in the background

Looking for books light on mentions of trauma, angst, and heavy emotions. Instead, I want magic and lots of neat world building

No mention of or inclusion of the real world. ETA: This means no alternate universes or mention of people or places in the real world

Romance is fine as long as it's secondary to the plot

I have read everything by Brandon Sanderson (tress, yumi), Sarah Beth Durst (spellshop), Travis Baldree (legends and lattes) and Terry Pratchett (discworld).

Looking for a very specific type of fantasy audiobook

ETA: I'm not sure why my post and comments are being downvoted? If someone could explain in the comments I won't argue or protest, just curious what I did wrong

I'm still reeling from finishing the most recent DCC book and I need something lighter and less intense.

Looking for very magical fantasy with less emotional drama/trauma and lower stakes.

Looking for actual magic used, not just hints of it in the background or mythical creatures. Ideally the MC has or gains magic they can use.

**No fantasy that is set in the real world but with magic

Romance is ok as long as it's secondary to the plot

Not looking for sci-fi (yes I've read murderbot, red rising, Bobiverse, off to be the wizard, and all Becky Chambers)

Doesn't need to be 100% cozy, but at least cozy adjacent with lower stakes and lower stress

I have read all of Discworld, Brandon Sanderson, Travis Baldree and Joe Abercrombie.

Need a palate cleanser after DCC 8, something magical and light

I'm still reeling from finishing the most recent DCC book and I need something lighter and less intense.

Looking for very magical fantasy with less emotional drama and lower stakes.

No fantasy that is set in the real world but with magic

Romance secondary to the plot, limited spice

Not looking for sci-fi (yes I've read murderbot, Bobiverse, off to be the wizard, and all Becky Chambers)

I've read most of the common recs on both here and r/cozyfantasy including discworld and everything Brandon Sanderson.

Doesn't need to be 100% cozy

How to overcome transition discomfort

So, I've had sleep issues since I was a kid. I'm on medication for it, but it's still a hurdle.

I've recently been diagnosed with ASD at 36

I was speaking with my therapist about it, because I seem to have equal difficulty even going to take my medication as I do falling asleep. I was describing my troubles, and she said basically "oh... this sounds like you're having difficulty with the transition, not insomnia."

Apparently this is an Autism thing... I have task paralysis which I've been blaming on ADHD for a few years, but severe discomfort around even small transitions like going to bed really resonates with me.

Anyone else relate to this at all? And does anyone have any tips?
