Just wanted to share some of my rarer machined pens and a custom anodized job a friend did for me on my Zirc CamPen clip.

Tired of trying to find the black pulls, so I got some light blue pulls. They match my patch perfectly, so I am pretty happy satisfied!

Silver seems to be the easiest Zento Signature to get though

UPDATING POST FOR CONTEXT

For the record, I did not buy 4 more of these pens myself. I got an original silver one (the one not in the box) when I went to Japan to see what the fuss was about. My sister had asked her friend to keep an eye out on the stone brass for me as I wanted to have it for collection purposes if she was able to get it at retail price. Her friend forgot which one I wanted and since the stationary store had all of them in stock, she just bought all of them for me as they are not that expensive. Since she already ended up buying all of them, I decided to pay her and keep them as a set. Now I have a full set and an extra silver one hence why that one is still in the case.

The entire point of this post and one that I should have reiterated in this post (I tend to forget that while all the posts and comments by me are connected in my head, they are not for those who stumble upon any given post/comment) is that as someone who was able to get these things at retail pricing, I can promise you that you aren't missing anything by not owning one yourself. Unlike a reseller, I am not trying to make money off you. Unlike an influencer, I have no reason to gaslight you for clicks/views or incentive to keep this asinine FOMO train going. I am simply someone who likes pens and enjoys writing who is telling you that this pen is nothing special.

Pens with this sort of magnetic pens have been done before. In fact, the Spoke Design Roady exists and actually is a BIFL (buy it for life) pen that is precision made and virtually all metal. Even before the Roady, pens with fidgety magnetic caps have existed. The only thing different here is that a mega corporation has made a cheap version of it.

I finally got this one to (for now) wrap up my JJ57 collection!
