In a 6 - 3 decision, the Supreme Court has struck down Trump’s executive order about birthright citizenship from February 2025.
Chief Justice Robert’s along with Justices Barrett, Jackson, Kagan, Sotomayor and Kavanaugh ruled that the executive order was illegal (Kavanaugh agreeing with the ruling, but not the reasoning). The 3 justices who dissented are Justices Thomas, Gorsuch and Alito.

The Supreme Court has 4 more decisions/opinions to release. It was just reported that the last day of this term is tomorrow (Tuesday, June 30th).
The 4 cases they need to decide on are;
• Barbara v Trump (birthright citizenship)
• Little v. Hecox (trans ban in sports)
• West Virginia v. B.P.J. (trans ban in sports)
• National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) v. Federal Election Commission (federal limits on coordinated campaign spending)
In Missouri v Republican National Committee (RNC), the Supreme Court has ruled that states are allowed to continue counting mail in ballots after Election Day. Missouri law specifically allows ballots to be counted if they have a postmark date of within 5 days of the election.
It was a 5-4 decision, with Chief Justice Roberts along with Justices Barrett, Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson made the ruling. Justices Gorsuch, Thomas Kavanaugh and Alito dissenting.

Big news for Arizona and our own mail in ballots that is constantly under attack!
In Missouri v Republican National Committee (RNC), the Supreme Court has ruled that states are allowed to continue counting mail in ballots after Election Day. Missouri law specifically allows ballots to be counted if they have a postmark date of within 5 days of the election.

UPDATE #2: Update 10:40 am — SKYLAR CONVILLE HAS JUST BEEN LOCATED AND IS SAFE. We will release more once all information has been gathered.
UPDATE #1:
Update 6/24/26 at 10:00 AM — We are providing an update regarding our ongoing missing juvenile investigation for 13-year-old Skyler Conville.
The man depicted in the photographs released with our missing person alert has been located in Globe, AZ and is in our custody. We are speaking with him and have recovered his vehicle. Skyler has not been located yet, and detectives are actively following leads and continuing efforts to find her. The investigation remains active, and our priority continues to be locating her safely.
Skyler is mixed race and is identified as both Black and White in official records. While some notifications listed her as White, the photographs shared with our missing person post generated numerous credible leads, and we greatly appreciate the public’s assistance.
Turquoise Alerts can only be issued after specific criteria are met. Investigators assessed the circumstances and followed leads throughout the investigation. Once the required criteria were met, the alert was requested and approved through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
We continue to ask the public to please call AJPD at (480) 982-8260 with any other tips. We will release more information as it becomes available.

Skyler was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on June 19, near Circle K at 3135 W. Superstition Blvd. She was wearing camouflage pants, a dark gray shirt, and a hot pink bonnet.
Security footage later showed Skyler getting into an older white Chevrolet Impala sedan before the vehicle left the area. The driver was described as a male in his 50s–60s with black/gray hair and a beard.

Which gyms do you recommend? I go to Orange Theory, but I hate not being able to work out in the middle of the day (on summer break).
Any issues with specific locations? I’m leaning more towards planet fitness, especially if it tends to be more quiet and less crowded.
My professor hasn’t posted my grade for their class yet.
Until what day should I wait until before reaching out? I know the posted grade dates aren’t always the actual deadline for professors at times.
