I'm scheduled for a biopsy on a TI-RADS 4 nodule on my thyroid. I'm not gonna pretend like I'm not terrified of getting a needle in my neck 😅 what should I expect?

So like everyone else my boxes have been a dumpster fire for the past month. Unfortunately I already got charged for next week but will be cancelling after that. Curious who everyone else is making the switch to? I'd like to stay fairly close to Marley prices and also like the option of some preprepared options along with recipes to cook.
