Gramercy Tower
Hello, I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy at Gramercy Tower. They are saying I have to stay for the fixed term. ( renters rights doesn’t apply to Wales? ).
Please can somebody let me know if there’s anyone that will be willing to move in from any point after 16th June. It’s a 1 bed, windows facing toward town and station. 1220/ month.
Just to add: it’s part furnished, so had bed, sofa. I will leave my standing desk, dining table and bedsides.
The tenancy would renew under a new agreement with the building management.
