Fedex broke my LP3XBT

Won an LP3XBT in basically brand new condition off ebay for 265 usd, in shipping yesterday fedex notified me that the barcode was unreadable and replaced. This is how it arrived and i’ve already filed a refund request, super bummed out as this was going to be my first turntable and my vinyls arrived a few days earlier than expected
