one pc multiple outputs issue, anyone have suggestions?

So lemme break down the issue, i've got both my ps5 connected to my tv and my pc with my monitor in my room, i'm looking to sell my ps5 to a friend and use only my pc for both outputs as my pc is stronger and most of my games are on steam anyway, my regular setup (pc, monitor) is across the room from my tv, roughly 3 meters across the room. i'm looking for a same similar experience that wont turn on my tv every time i turn on my pc like a regular HDMI experience would, only really when i choose to whether through some hardware or software in my pc settings, is there a decent way to achieve this you guys have found personally?

could you use remote play to connect a deck to a pc and then use that remote play on a deck that's plugged into a tv to display it there?

as the title says i'm looking for options to use my pc on my tv but limitations of my setup stop me from simply plugging my pc into my tv and i'm already looking to use the steam deck for all normal use cases on top of this so just wondering if i could kill two birds with one stone. (my internet is pretty good for my area so i believe the internet requirement shouldn't be an issue)

how will wearing wired headphones work?

I am aware there is no 3.5mm jack, is the best option going to be a usb-c to 3.5mm dongle or a usb-c headphone?, if so whats the best to buy before the frame launches?

Wondering does anyone have experience with other wireless pcvr taking less or equal battery to run since surely the pc rendering would be doing more heavy lifting than the onboard graphics?
