The Madhya Pradesh High Court delivered a major ruling in the long-running Bhojshala-Kamal Maula dispute in Dhar district.

The court reportedly recognised Bhojshala as Maa Vagdevi Temple.

Hindu worship at the site has been permitted under the ruling.

The court also quashed earlier permission allowing namaz at the disputed complex.

The case has remained a sensitive religious and historical issue for years in Madhya Pradesh.

Bhojshala has been claimed by Hindus as a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati/Maa Vagdevi. Some Muslim groups had also used part of the complex as Kamal Maula Mosque.

Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. The Delhi bus gang rape case has taken a new turn. A major revelation has emerged that the woman had alleged the gang rape on the moving bus due to a monetary dispute.

Delhi Police have registered a case, arrested the accused, and sent them to judicial custody. Police have stated that the victim made the PCR call from the accused's phone. Therefore, the police are investigating the case as suspicious.

What matter came to light first?

A case of gang rape has been reported in the Nangloi area of West Delhi. A woman was gang-raped by the driver and conductor of a private bus.

Based on the victim's complaint, the police registered a case and arrested both accused. The bus was also seized. A case has been registered against both accused at the Rani Bagh police station under sections 64(1), 70(1), and 3(5) of the BNS Act.

However, now the police is considering this entire matter suspicious and is investigating it from every angle.
