Worst reality tv show from the past few decades

Was wondering what would the worst one. Modern trash reality TV is weak. Everyone today is just trying to protect their brand and farm Instagram followers. If you want to see actual, unchecked industry-grade cruelty and frankenstein experiemtns, you have to look at the peak 2000s Fox era.

Network executives were greenlighting unhinged, dystopian psychological experiments just to see how far they can push it. Sure they doing something of the sort nowadays, though differently lol

Two shows I think would be the contestants:
The Swan from2004
Production locked up insecure women, carved their faces up with extreme plastic surgery without letting them see a mirror, and forced them into a pageant to compete over who was "least ugly". Top that dystopian setup

I Wanna Marry "Harry" from 2014
Producers weaponized psychological gaslighting to trick twelve women into believing a random redheaded guy was an actual British royalty just to watch them fall for a delusion on national TV. Like some Squid game elite ball torture chamber lmao

What do you ladies and gents think? Did I hit a bullseye with these?

Can a red light pad help reduce stretch marks?

If I am using a red light for lets say a month or two on my legs consistently, would it help in reducing stretch marks?

If so how long would I need to use it for a single session?

Do I need to use a cream for efficient healing or not?

Any feedback is welcome especially if you got some reference to an article or medical stuff I could look up on this in detail.. Found some sources though I doubt they are reliable. Dont wanna get permament tribal leg tattoos on accident lmao

Heart healthy cereal apart from corn flakes

A lot of cereal has sugar which sucks and seems like the only thing decent for the heart would be corn flakes? Also anyone noticed how all corn flake cereals are more or less the same regardless of the brand?

Anyways is there anything else? I seen some sort of granola bar looking cereals with chocolate bars but to me that looks like hipster slop rather than being healthy

I cant go without cereal. Grown ass man right here but the cereal is just such an easy snack thats hard to pass whenever youre having a damn busy day

How to stop email tracking?

I just heard that companies can detect if I open an email they send, is that a true claim? Would mean they can spam me more if I open some phishy email

If so, how does one protect against email tracking? Just want a mail to provide me my letters without no extra BS.

I got Proton. Is Protonmail solid for stopping these trackers, or do I need to do something else?

Does running kill muscle gains?

I have this friend from uni years that loves to work out to gain mass, and I always try to get him to jog with me. He went twice, though always keeps saying that he can't run too much, otherwise, he will lose the weight he gained. FIY he doesnt do steroids or whatever apart from protein powder that I eat myself.

Is excessive running really such a big deal for bodybuilders, and people who workout in general?

I run quite a lot, like every second day for 5-8 km. I also workout and do some pilates on other days but I never noticed muscle mass going away.. If anything, it feels like my legs had been getting more firm..

Is this just up to each persons metabolism, or an actual thing people deal with? If so, what sort of biology reason could be the cause for me retaining my muscle mass with the jogging I do?

How to set up face id using some sort of object? Toy/keychain/necklace etc

First off all... hear me out... could faceid work if I used some sort of bust miniature?

I hate the fact that I gotta keep showing my face to unlock the phone, and I broke the fingerprint scanner, so I can either do the on-screen unlocks, or the next best thing is some sort of hardware solution.

Apart from this potentially borderline crazy idea of using realistic toys, what other alternatives do I have? The function is there but no way it only works with my face.

A necklace, or keychain should do the trick, or not?

Delete my activity automatically after done with site

How can I do such a thing on my browser? Want a solution for mobile too but mainly concerning a Windows laptop

Is it simply enough to just not save cookies on the browser, or do I need to do something more?

Sort of kind of using a 'rented' laptop from work for a few weeks and dont want it to keep anything on memory after I return it. My main pc is undergoing repais. Overclocking gone terribly wrong. I do have admin access to the borrowed pc so I can do whatever btw

P.S. What sort of stuff is good for cloud storage? I am just using Googledrive and an USB for document storage but feels like theres something better that could work quicker. Damn flash drive goes into bursts of being fast and then it starts stagnating with file uploads for some reason on this laptop

How to disable javascript in Chrome?

First of all, would this mean most websites fail to load? Also, if I disable it, is there any chance that some sites would be permamentaly broken after I switch them back on?

Why do people actually do it? Seems like a nuclear option for privacy purists from what I read online. Since malicious code relies on your browser automatically executing hidden scripts in the background, then killing JavaScript should slam the door on a massive chunk of web malware, tracker junk, and other annoying popups. Just seems like its either having websites work or not? I tried some extensions and so far they just rendered most of my sites unusable

Infrared light therapy benefits

I keep seeing ads on insta for infrared light therapy and these Phantom of the opera glowing masks pop up from time to time too. My Instagram feed is basically nothing but people sitting in front of giant red light panels looking like theyre having a face-to-face with Hal 9000. Okay, I get the classic brainrot too, but I have been searching stuff on the panels a lot, so fair enough that the algorithm gonna nag me on it, though it got my attention in the process....

Im honestly pretty confused by it as much as intrigued. My lower back has been killing me lately from my desk job. I never got used to sitting on the pc for long without back pain, and I noticed my skin has been looking super dull and gray over the recent seasons. Got me wondering of a two birds one stone type of moment, since some influencer I followed for a while was swearing that hanging out in front of these lights for 10 minutes a day cured their joint pain, fixed their wrinkles, and gave them more energy. He also gave a bunch of pics to show the changes, so kind of noticed a change. Not too big but seems decent considering its just sitting in front of a lamp

How does shining a colored light bulb at your skin actually fix your muscles or help with aging? Is it just a glorified heating pad or is there actual science here that I could look up?

Also, could I just get a specialized lamp instead of the entire panel thing? I reckon the panel is better but wondering for something more compact
