Porto to Toronto.....flight was supposed to leave at 1:30pm. It's 6:30pm and we are still here. It's 38C and no AC in the plane. Food vouchers did not work anywhere at the airport. Kids club membership was useless for priority boarding with young kids. Ground crew was very rude. And now the plane' engine just went off. Suffocating in here. Zero announcements as to what's going on.

Terrible all along.

I had no data for most of the day. Still no data! Customer service is non existent.

What eSim are you using at the Camino without issues? Needless to say, I'm never using Airalo again.
