NSFW bun

Nessa’s molt line kinda looked like the midsection of a chubby dude full frontal.

Meeting in a territory that isn’t neutral?

Please tell me if I need a reality check because overthinking and paranoia sometimes get the better of me!

We’re at the point in the bonding process where Boq (adopted 7 months ago, free roam downstairs except for Nessa’s area) and Nessa (adopted 6 weeks ago, enclosed) are ready to meet. I’ve kept upstairs bun free with a view to eventually attempt bonding the recommended way. But over the whole S L O W process of moving Nessa in, moving their areas closer so they’re side by side, and eventually extending Nessa’s enclosure into the space where we all hang out so she’s side by side 💯 of the time, it’s becoming clear Boq gets really shaken by change. He’s already anxious and jumpy, startles a lot and only settles down again after physical contact and us showing him he’s safe, approaching the thing that scared him, reassuring him etc 🙈 He seems to take his lead from us. Ok I KNOW I sound insane. But I swear it’s true, haha. And he’s prone to GI stasis so stress is always a worry.

I’m genuinely worried that the stress of a new room, being taken upstairs in his carrier to the neutral zone, etc, will send him into a fight/flight/freeze mode and will threaten the chance of bonding at all. As clingy as he is, he isn’t particularly possessive, he only dared to interact with Nessa after watching us snuggle with her. Like he went “ah

I see, she’s not dangerous..” 😅

I’m just wondering if letting him venture into her enclosure is a terrible idea? She’s so patient with him and he will for sure be the annoying dominant one! Am I being silly to consider trying it that way where he feels safe?

Lifts for bun meds to keep alive? No no no. Jump cliffs for thefts? Yes yes yes.

Praise be to my child for photoing the crimes 🍎

What are the purple ones?

Can anyone identify the name of this style of purple Authentics so I can replace them? I don’t care about colour. Held against the Sesame Streets to show the difference - same size, but the top bit is shorter and more open (almost like Keds) and the ankle is slightly lower. Nothing has ever been as comfortable!!

Rent Revival Age Restriction?

Does anyone know how likely it is the DOY will introduce an actual age restriction for Rent? I know there’s a 14+ guidance and content warning but I’m specifically asking about restriction.

My daughters will be 10 and 12. I’m not asking for advice re content as they virtually know the show by heart and we’ve had allllll the conversations (sorry to be THAT person 🫣). They know how to behave themselves and we’ve got royal circle seats so cast won’t see them.
