Basically I tried the ask someone else to pay option that pops up as one of the many options, but the other person only opened the link but didn't complete the payment, and since then I am getting this error.
How do I fix it now.

Why do my apps gets locked automatically? Is there a way to stop this from happening. I unlock everything but after the few days the apps are back to being locked again.
Device is NORD 6.

Had to delete and reinstall the game, but everytime I try to download high graphics it just gets stuck in this never ending loop. Turning off internet doesn't help it either, it doesn't even acknowledge that there is no internet connection and just keeps spinning.
Any help appreciated if someone faced this issue.
