My mom and I are traveling to the falls at the beginning of September. We’re staying on the American side, but we’re hoping to go over to the Canadian side as well one day on our trip. Unfortunately, my mom didn’t get her passport yet. We called the state department and they need proof of travel to Canada. Does anyone have any ideas on what to book that isn’t super expensive so we can prove we’re traveling there? I looked up Maid of the Mist tickets and it seems much cheaper to book them on the US side from what I’ve seen. Just looking for some quick ideas!

I’ll be visiting WGSP around the end of this month and staying in Corning. A few questions I have:

-What type of weather should I expect?

-What are some of the best places to eat?

-Any tips for visiting the state park?
