Petscreening process is awful
Trying to create an account with Petscreening for my ESA through my apartment complex. I submitted the letter and gave my therapists name, number, address, and email, as well as the name of her clinic, and they keep telling me I need to submit more accurate information so they can reach out to her.
The problem is, she has already talked to them and told me she has given them what they requested! She talked to them on Friday last week but Petscreening is still saying they have not heard back from her.
Has anyone else ran into this? I don’t understand where the disconnect is and I really can’t imagine my therapist lying about talking with them???
Now this is delaying my lease renewal which may bump me out of my rent price if the renewal is not signed in time. So frustrating and to not be able to call is so crazy to me. Literally every email they send to me is the same AI, automated response. Idk what to do!!!
