i sent 3 zelle payments this morning & the money was taken out of my account but the recipients haven't received the funds. i called wells fargo & they said that they're having trouble fulfilling zelle transfers but that their technical team is working on it. does anyone have experience with this happening before or happen to know how long before they will have it fixed? i'm relatively new to banking with wells fargo & them not being able to put zelle payments through to recipients but being perfectly able to remove the funds from my account is putting a bad taste in my mouth.
