Im trying to switch to another carrier but im afraid the coverage will suck. So where are you located and what provider are you with? How's the coverage?

I used the app for the longest time and it picked dup random trips, now it wont pick up any trip unless I go into the app while driving (which defeats the purpose because now it counts as distracted driving) and it only picks up like a km of my journey. I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app but nothing changed.

Has anyone come across my issue? How can I fix this? I contacted them and they said to uninstall and reinstall but its not fixed.

I went to the super charger for the first time of owning my Tesla and it was nice and easy. Plugged in, charged, all good. Unplugged and left. Then got an email stating Your Tesla Account has incomplete billing information. Your billing details are needed for both Supercharging Pay-Per-Use and for any idle fees you might incur. Idle fees applies to all customers even when you own a vehicle entitled to Free Supercharging. To immediately re-enable charging access, please update billing information in your Tesla Account.

So I had a valid payment method. But it still didnt accept it? So I added another card just now and it wont let me pay the charge for the supercharger.

Any idea what im doing wrong? I need help as I can't charge at home temporarily because my charger is broken.
