Hi, this is my first junk journal and I picked up a basic Artist Loft journal from Michaels. I've only done about 5 spreads and it's already starting to tear away from the binding. Does anyone know how to avoid this from happening or is it just this journal in particular? I'd appreciate any recommendations for better journals too. I'm already obsessed with this craft and want to continue without wasting my precious junk on pages that fall out! Thanks!!!

I simply cannot stand this woman. I know she's eating this way for engagement, but it's honestly so disgusting. She literally ate a food sticker in this video and dipped her fork she put in the tinned salmon can into her mouth then into a jar of mustard. It's unbelievable her followers gas her up and become defensive to any negative comments or valid criticism. The way she slurps dry food and taps her nails drive me crazy. This isn't healthy eating or recipes it's a sick and insane women being given a platform. I'm so sick of seeing this ragebait ED fetish content being taken seriously by people.
