The issue with time blindness

I don't know if this feeling is in general or only adhd people face which is having this persistent feeling that time is running away from their hands and they don't have much time left to do the things.

I felt this since I was in school, i remember how I used to just pass my time and keep on delaying my studies until the mid terms were near and then I used to get in anxiety that, i have so little time left.

It hasn't left, I am 25 yo now. Past few years have been nothing but sort of a regret. Had I been more consistent with myself things would have been different now.

Now, when I am closer to reaching a serious age, the same feeling continues and I wonder if I have enough time left.

Hey all,

This is Ankit. I just moved to Pune around a week ago and literally the weather is so nice compared to other cities it is less hotter ( for context i was in Ahmedabad before and it's literal hell).
