too much estrogen or too little progesterone?

I posted already about not knowing my symptoms being my AD not working anymore or my hormones not being balanced. I wonder what others would do in my case:

I seemed ok but started feeling worse about a month ago. Now I have colored discharge, and sometimes I have cramps like from menstruation. Last two weeks I have been feeling depressed and last days really anxious. I read about anxiety meaning you need more estrogen. Others say you need more progesterone. I am using 3 pumps of estrogen gel with 100mg progesterone (rectal). Gyno said I should take 200mg so I tried two days but was feeling so bad I got back to 100 because I couldn't take it at that moment. What would you do?

People on HRT and antidepressant?

I am wondering if anyone is in the same situation:

I am on HRT since last summer because of bad reactions to hormone fluctuations and pmdd, and signs of perimenopause. In December I started escitalopram because of very bad mental state (breakup, living situation, trauma) on a low dose because I am very sensitive, i went up a bit in February and until July or something I really felt better. Then last weeks I felt getting worse and right now I feel really depressed and anxious. I can also feel something is off with my hormones but how do you know if you have to change ahormone doses or if AD isn't working enough anymore? Because symptoms are the same...

Developing or worsening after HRT

Hi! Last year I started hrt (hormone replacement therapy, with estrogen and progesterone) because of bad reactions to hormone fluctuations and signs of low estrogen. I am in Facebook groups about this subject and yesterday coincidentally I read about someone telling her lipedema has gotten so much worse since starting estrogen. Than others responded they developed it this way. Do other people here also got affected by estrogen? I suddenly am storing more fat in my legs and stomach and the lipedema nodules are very noticeable now. Anyone found a way to slow down this effect?

Pain in legs after bath

So I just found out about lipedema and pretty sure I have this. Finally something that addresses a lot of my problems in my legs (and arms) that don't necessarily fit fibromyalgia. I was just wondering if anyone recognizes this problem:

When I take a warm or hot bath, I lay down for a while and then I get out of the bath and stand up, it feels like my vains hurt and it feels a bit like my legs want to explode 😬 As if my skin is too thight for the pressure that's building up... Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks
