Anyone in here 1099 in California? Do you end up paying a ton back at the end of the year? Just curious on what I should expect going into this vs being W2.

I started sema end of June 2025. I switched to triz September 2025. Currently on 12mg. I’ve been considering coming off/weaning a lot recently. I never planned on staying on triz long term. I plan to have atleast one more baby in the next 2-3 years so I knew it was never meant for me forever. I started at 197 struggling postpartum (got up to 220 during pregnancy) and I’m now hovering around 155. Ideally I’d like to be 145ish but I’m also fine where I’m at.
My last dose of triz was April 17th. I skipped a week because I ran out and my new order was delayed. I finally received my shipment today but now I’m wondering do I jump back into my shot on my normal shot day which would be this Friday? This Friday would be 14 days since last shot. Do I lower the dose? And then do every 14 days instead of 7?
And then stop when this supply runs out?
I feel like I haven’t noticed a change in appetite since skipping a week.
