I started a new job finally after years of trying and doing courses and working on my confidence to become more employable.
I sent a message in my journal last week (a friendly request for a flexible support fund) because I can’t afford to travel to work every day.
I also made sure to call up and the guy I spoke to filled in the form I guess as he asked how much I wanted (I requested £260) it has been almost 1 week and no one has gotten back to me, I called yesterday to chase up the status, an agent left a message on my journal requesting a case manager to respond to my questions within 5 working days. This is ridiculous… I don’t understand why they’re being so difficult, I want to blame my work coach because she is useless and has never listened to what I’ve said. Anyway please help. I asked a friend for £30 on Monday and promised I would pay them back this Friday but by the looks of things I won’t be given the flexible support fund anytime soon
