How do I fix this cheap and CHOPPED Bakugou wig I got on Amazon?

I have a small budget for my cosplay and I didn't wanna spend it all on a wig, so I got this cheap, $19 one on Amazon and well...it looks like this. Is there any way it's salvagable or should I return it? (Also don't mind that I'm pink, I was doing Mina makeup when it came♡)

Is it safe to masturbate (no penetration) now?
