Monthly parking for job in downtown near Las Olas

Recently started a new job in which I am required to go into their downtown office several times a month. The building's own parking is $28/day or $150 for a monthly pass. Does anyone know of any garages nearby that are more reasonably priced yet still safe?

Visiting Gainesville after graduating 10+ years ago. Are there any bike shares around campus?

Looking to rent a Bird or Lime bike but not sure if Gainesville has any bikes or just scooters

Unit ran all night after I lowered the temp a few degrees before going to bed and did not cool at all

I set the Google Nest to 76 degrees and when I woke up the internal temp was 81. The unit I could tell was running, but it was very quiet compared to normal. Almost as if only the fan was running. Anyways I turned the unit off and then back on after a few minutes and it’s working properly again. Any ideas what could cause this? It’s done this a few times before, but I’ve been awake and noticed the house not getting any cooler

Umm what do I do with this very expanded liquid chlorine container

For context, live in FL and pool was closed for about 1.5 weeks recently for a retile. I went out to add chlorine and found it this way. It’s in a covered corner of our patio. I’m afraid to open it but don’t know what else to do

He's only been a week on the job and he's requested things to be done over the weekend, expects us to answer pings/emails well after hours, and has even mentioned scheduling calls on the weekend. I have 10 YoE, with 4 of them being in public accounting so I'm no stranger to long hours, but I will not work 80 hour+ weeks for this. Have any of you dealt with something similar? Struggling with how to approach. I was on PTO one day this week and he pinged me multiple times during the day and then once again at 9pm because I didn't respond to the earlier ones.
