At what point do I need to worry about lighting for plants? Also any tips on the plants below?

I think I need to repot them both but curious about how to go about this.

So I am new to skin care and did not realize I was not supposed to use all of the products that came in the Sunday Riley box, even though it says you can and the lady at Ulta told me to do so. Just some products at day and some at night, which I was told which ones. What I did didn’t realize is that, I probably should’ve introduced one new product at a time.

Every time I even put on sunscreen my face it burns and tingles. What routine should I do to help with this issue and is there any product that can help with skin barrier healing? 😭
