I find it so strange that the MANIW sub basically doesn't wanna hear ANYTHING from a man (whether they support them or not) while on this sub a woman's opinion is met with some skepticism yes, but also met with people trying to engage with the woman's takes in a way that tries to foster some level of dialogue rather than shutting down any method of communication or understanding of the other side.

I saw a while ago this study that men are more tolerable of different ideologies from others that disagree with them where as women are far less tolerable of ideologies that differ from theirs ever so slightly, even if the disagreers are on the same side as them, just taking a different approach. (And someone will probably fact check me with that link or something) but I wonder if that's kinda related or not, and also why the opposite sub is VEHEMENTLY against any push back or questioning the premise of their sub while a lot of you guys have no problems answering questions from those who genuinely ask about the way things are for you on here.

This isn't me trying to attack anyone. Provocative titles get attention, we all know that. I have seen both sides of this argument and I believe the other side has a bit more meat on the bone. However I have been wrong about many things in my life. Perhaps this is one of them. No I'm not saying Wanim is OBJECTIVELY correct and has no logical holes, that would be ridiculous. Nor am I saying Mariw has no weight to it either (i believe it definitely does, just not to tbe same extent that wanim does) However I'd love to engage in some respectful conversations with you all and see if perhaps I can understand your side better.

Oh and yes, before you ask, I am in a relationship with a women currently and I've been in several relationships before. Most of them lasting several years. I'm also many things that according to WANIM logic should stop me from being in a relationship but clearly that doesn't apply to me (yes I understand that exceptions don't disprove a statistic, I'm just saying that the WAMIN logic isn't always airtight and I'm proof of that, but can still agree with their thesis more)

I'm not here to "Debate Bro" anyone or say some dumbass shit like "you foids are all liars and larpers, men got it worse and you're just selfish" because that's cringe af and I'm not about that. I really do just wanna see what you have to say when given the chance to tell me. If you ask me a question and I'll answer it.
