New pressure washer, AR RCA 3G25 oil milky after ~4 hours.

Bought this complete pressure washer on Amazon about 2 months ago for $239. It came with an Annovi Reverberi RCA 3G25 pump. Thought I got a pretty good deal.
It has maybe 4 hours of total use.

Checked the pump sight glass today and the oil was completely milky. Drained it and it looks like a lot of water has gotten into the crankcase.
It still makes pressure normally and the oil fill/breather cap has always been installed.

Would you suspect bad seals/packings on a basically new pump? Worth refilling with fresh 15W-40 and running it briefly to confirm?

I’m not sure if I can warranty/return the whole thing. Vendor is iffy and no longer in stock.

2007 Ford Focus: intermittent vibration after longer drives, possible brake issue?

2007 Ford Focus.

The brake master cylinder was replaced because the old one was leaking and it had an oil change about 2 weeks ago. I also recharged the AC About a week later, my wife started reporting an intermittent vibration.

Symptoms:

  1. At first it only happened once or 2x at highway speeds, around 60+ mph.
  2. Yesterday it happened around 30 mph. She also thought she saw smoke coming from the right-front area. The vibration later went away after sitting for a bit. She said she smelled burning plastic
  3. She reported the car wouldn't go over 4k RPM.

It does not happen in the morning after the car has been sitting. I also have not been able to reproduce it on 10–20 minute drives.

The common factor seems to be longer drives that I can think of. The car can drive normally for quite a while before the vibration starts according to what I can gather.

I pulled both front wheels and looked at the brakes. There is plenty of rust, but I do not see anything obvious that explains why it would be fine cold and then start vibrating after an hour.

Given the recent master-cylinder replacement and the possible smoke from the right front, I am wondering about a brake dragging once the system gets hot?

The tires look okay, and have proper pressure.
