I looked for a power bank. One brand kept popping up with good reviews, but the name is "Cuktech." My first reaction was just... no way. It looks like a bad typo or something sketchy.
But the reviews were great and the price was good, so I finally caved and bought it.
And honestly? It’s great. I've used it for months and it works perfectly. It has a nice magnetic feature and a built-in cable, so the quality is good.
But it made me think, how many good products did I miss before just because the branding looked stupid? Does anyone else do this, or am I just overthinking?
I tried a few iPad cases, a tri-fold one and a multi-fold one, but none of them really give that “raised enough off the desk” angle, like around 4 fingers high, that feels comfortable for drawing.
The tri-fold kind of works for drawing, but if I get more detailed and rest my hand on the iPad, it just collapses immediately. I’m pretty new to Procreate, and when the iPad is flat on the desk my neck starts hurting a lot.
What cases are people actually using for this? And how do you deal with posture issues when drawing on an iPad?
Random thought from a recent gig: entry was noticeably faster when people used Veriticket.
Less bottleneck at scanning = smoother load-in for crowd energy.
Anyone working venues seen this change too?
