The real location is not Monte Grappa it is Valparola Pass which also does have WW1 fortifications and trenches (you can see one of the trenches at the end of the video). I hiked this on May 19th 2026.

Park in the Museo Della Grande Guerra parking lot and cross the street north to find the path. To the viewpoint in the video you need to climb about 500 feet and hike a mile. I imagine it would be easier in the summer as the trench itself is filled with deep snow so walking on the walls (which has decent cliff exposure)is basically required. I would say it’s more than doable if you have any hiking experience before this.
