Feeling kinda lonely I’m a 25f looking for other agoraphobic female friends

My Tsh is normal and my t4 is low normal at .6 and I have a known pituitary tumor with stalk deviation and low progesterone .7 and low estradiol 24 and Lh and fsh 2:1 ratio and my endocrinologist today told me it’s not pituitary related. What do you think
