hi! for peeps residing/renting a unit sa elements, kahit lagpas po ba ng 24 hours na hindi nakuha sa guard ung parcel is macl claim pa din po sa guard? I'm a new tenant lang sa building and I haven't read completely ung policy nila in terms of receiving parcels huhu saan po kaya nila dadalhin ung parcels if hindi nareceive within 24 hours from the reception/guard🥹 help po

- we have units na ina-eye na (since my current tenants na naka occupy pa) but will reserve this July

ABOUT THE UNITS

- each of us will have rent of approx. 6-7k (excluded pa the utilities and wifi bills)

- condo units are from pacific grand tower (dapitan) and skyloft (lacson), we’ll gonna choose lang

- separate single beds also! fully furnished units: with ref, beds, cabinet, kitchenette

- with amenities such as pool, study area, gym

- visitors and overnights allowed and no curfew

- the payment will be via bank transfers since may separate owners ung unit (no to agents kami to ensure walang mag a abono kapag pdc and to prevent bouncing cheques!)

ABOUT YOU:

- pref from UST and senior also because we’re two female UST seniors

- can still prepare pdc just in case mag change of mind ung owner but all of us will issue equal amount of pdc!

- willing to do rotational cleaning scheds

- not makalat

- respect each other’s privacy,

- mabait and responsible payer (strictly on this)

- hindi pa po kasama utilities (kuryente, tubig & wifi) will equally divide it to 3
- no advance payments and big deposit since magrerenew lang po.
- may wifi installed na (pldt and no problem naman ever since)
- with lutuan na, kettle, rice cooker, kitchen utensils and will buy mini fridge
- may bunk beds and aircon na rin
- bring ur own mattress, study table, study chair, and cabinet (and own utensils if you want:)
- smart lock door

- semi to fully furnished
- can cook, can do laundry
- visitors allowed (can do overnight, my bf only but will ask muna my roommates ahead of time)
