Hi all!

First time grower here!

I have a a few questions and would appreciate some advice!

Would you recommend to wait for all mushrooms to be ready before harvest or harvest as they are ready? (I have been harvesting them when I see their caps have burst)

Also mine are quite blue, is this bruising or potential mould? There is no smell (just normal mushroom smell)

What is the best way to dry these out? I have them on kitchen roll which I change once in the morning and once in the evening and also rotate them daily

Any other advice welcome!
