There's one top lane champ

That's been played in top lane exclusively since the current 1-1-1-2 lane meta came into existence. Heck they were played top lane since before that.

And I see people complain about ranged top all the time because they forgot this champion exists.

Teemo.

Teemo is the reason vayne top would have NEVER been viable in the past. But it's like every single game people play against vayne as pantheon. Even though teemo has been a free pick for quinn, vayne, etc. Since forever.

Mage top? Just do what mid laners do. Zed, fizz, yasou, yone. Still melee top, just anti mage cancer.

Idk why I read it all the time that people are losing to vayne top in lane when they could just lock in teemo and have the free-est lane that ever existed ever. Then map control with shrooms and if enemy adc is also another auto attacker adc? Wow you can roam/gank bot and just delete them. And in team fights you can kill the vayne you've been bullying to death and turn on the adc and it's like you doubled your cancer value.

Just do yourself a favor and lock in teemo.

Jungle thresh players

Will new imperial mandate be a good buy? I assume our E passive won't proc it so going nashors+statikk or typical tank items is still better. Or does our ult application do enough? It seems like a cheaper buy for mid game team fight but not contributing to clear speed or early ganks and think it would fall off late game.

I usually play something like

Grasp / inspiration. So I have some tankiness and then pick up magical footwear wear to build into swifties (this is essential for getting up close.)

Nashors -> bami/Cloak/despair/radiance

And I've been wanting to do nashors+statikk more often but usually I gotta get randuins or jakshos. If enemy team had a lot of magic roots or stuns I get the 15% tenacity rune and pick up wits end, if they're all ap then also merc treads.

But looking at mandate, that would mean a Q into E and R would be multiple imperial mandate procs and chunk current hp from every enemy hit, yea? Does our E passive apply it? I doubt it does but wanted to check. So like let's say enemy team is like 3 tanks, 1 mage, 1 adc, then is mandate better than another damage item?

Also does kalista passive interact with mandate? So if I'm supporting or jungling for a kalista and get mandate and land a Q, do they take a bazillion damage or what

New static shiv item better than nashors for clear?

Currently running

Nashors rush -> hallow radiance / unending despair -> randuins / frozen / kaenic -> black cleaver / mortal reminder / wits end -> whatever last item doesn't matter if game this long. Usually jakshos last item. Honestly it's too comp dependent but getting nashors for haste and additional on hit scaling with passive in addition to E passive has been generally okay.

For boots I like magical footwear into swifts but sometimes have to get tenacity or steel caps.

But seeing how E scales with AD and souls, rather than AP unlike nashors, and it scales insanely well with AD at its max charge, I'm wondering if static shiv is better. The 4% ms looks really nice too.

Anyone doing this in their jungle clears? Or is nashors still the best option for AS and haste in addition to scaling on hit?
