Why do supervisors get so upset at their employees for declining voluntary work? If I wasn’t so busy all the time maybe I would consider it, but I’m overworked and underpaid. Can’t take on unnecessary work. Employees should feel empowered to establish boundaries especially when they’re extremely burnt out
