Joined a consulting company from operator, is it just me or consulting feels disordered?

So I joined a midsize consulting company from a large energy provider. My background is data engineering and I joined as a AI architecture manager. This company has a AI practice and I was hired in another location to spin it up. I by no means am I developer but I did view our product offer and a lot of it is full software service this is very customer specific, not scalable , and fit for enterprise. It feels like the company is trying to be a micro software company compared to consulting solving real business problem.

Feels like they launch product to just launch and demo.

Is it just me who think consulting firms are disorganized.

▲ 2 r/IRS

I was charged twice by irs for money I owed and it was taken from bank. The money has left my bank account. I tried calling IRS multiple time I'm either hit with high call volume or disconnected (got in contact with live agent who transferred me and it disconnected). I really need some help. Who can I email etc? Direct support.

How to tell if I am blocked or restricted. I can see this person posted a story but I can't view it. I can view from another account and on my main I can still see there profile and highlight reels.
