I’m usually a long but tried on in store and they were way too long, so I got the regular. Now nervous the regular will shrink in length in the wash.

For the past few months, no matter what I do, my hair dye stains my bedding if I sweat even the smallest amount.
Permanent black box dye.
What do i do? This never used to happen before
I’m about 2 months out and am slowly getting back to normal movements but find myself in pain quit frequently. It hasn’t gotten as bad as it was prior to surgery, but I’m looking for reassurance that this is normal?
My mom gets Medicaid and has been on disability for a number of years. Her HRA portal says that her Medicaid is set to expire in a month.
The HRA portal does not have a renewal form available. When she goes to the Medicaid office they also tell her she doesn’t have a form available and they can’t print one for her. She has not received anything in the mail.
What are we supposed to do? She recently turned 65 I’m not sure if that impacts anything.
I’m a little over 2 weeks post op, and I’m not sure if the pain I’m feeling is normal. I’ve been trying not to bend, lift or twist but there have been some moments when I accidentally have.
I was doing pretty well post op, but now I’m beginning to feel pain in other parts of my leg than I would pre surgery. I’m also feeling pain on my left leg, when the pain pre op was mainly only on the right.
Is this normal? I guess I’m freaked out about reherniating or otherwise not healing the way I’m supposed to.
I just moved to my apt in the beginning of April. I saw one in my bedroom by the radiator, and a dead nymph on my toothpaste. I saw an ootheca on the floor behind the fridge.
I caulked everything, used expanding foam, every gap I saw has been closed, the baseboards, radiator cabinet, behind the fridge, oven, sink pipes everythingggg
I made my building schedule an exterminator, who did some treatment that required me to cover up my bed, clothing and empty cabinets. I essentially packed up everything, when I just finished unpacking from the move.
After treatment I saw a couple but wasn’t too concerned. 2 weeks later the regular building exterminator came out and put out advion baits and sprayed.
I have everything sealed- all snacks in ziploc bags, food garbage goes in the freezer, never have any food out. I cover my drains at night.
I was in the clear. Everything was fine.
3 weeks since the last exterminator visit. I saw one crawl out of my microwave. Freaked out thought it maybe crawled out of the sink somehow. I made sure I covered the sink drain right as I finished using it.Next time I pick up the drain cover, a baby crawled out.
Ok freak thing maybe just a couple stragglers came out of the sink. I’ve read they don’t usually come out of sink drains I tried to call myself. I pour boiling water down all my drains.
The next day I see 4 in total. Again only in the kitchen, but this was back to back within a couple hours. In the cabinet, in the sink, in the rubber seal of the dishwasher. I think ok only hole that’s open is the dishwasher. I duct taped that shut and decided I’m not using it anymore.
It’s been 2 days I think I’m ok.
Now one crawled out as I was washing a cup, lights on.
I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re coming from another apt and I know a few other tenants on a couple of floors have seen them. I’m convinced it’s a building wide infestation that was hidden from me by the landlords. I will be fighting this non stop if I stay.
ThankfullyI’m able to get out of the lease, and am looking for an apt. It’s likely I’m moving out mid June- this will be the third time I have to pack & unpack in a month and a half but so grateful I can get out. but that’s a month away so I am going to stay at a friends until then.
I put more advion baits out, I sprayed ortho (I know not the best but that’s what I have) under / around the dishwasher and oven. My plan is to put all my kitchen things in plastic bins, use sticky traps on the counters and create a sticky trap perimeter around my kitchen to prevent them from going to any other part of my apt.
I’m only using plastic bins to move, no cardboard.. how likely is it that I bring them?
How likely is it that they’ve infested my air fryer (it’s on the counter there were running around on, I’ve since moved it after inspecting it)
How likely is it that this would get worse while I’m away (apt will get hotter.. no monitoring etc)
I’ve lost so much sleep and experiencing so much anxiety. I have some trauma when it comes to roaches so please someone reassure me I’m ok.
