Customer service seemed useful at first and helped me apply a coupon, but have ghosted me regarding compensation for a cosmetic defect it came with.

It seems they may not be as premium as they once were if you see a good deal on the clones just get them. Ive sent emails every 3 days i didn’t get a response even though they said someone will look at it. After the first contact i haven’t received any info in 2.5 weeks.

The title, I just wish there were GOOD pc joy cons. I feel like gyro aim for any game with the cotnrollers from something like the quest or valve index would be amazing.
