I have replaced the hard drive in a mid 2010 21.5 inch iMac and it won’t move from this it says 24 minutes but has taken a lot longer then 24 minutes, I also don’t have another computer to create a usb installer from. What can I do to fix this ?

Hi I’m looking to get some advice on this bag and if it is a genuine bag of not, and what model it would actually be because I cannot find it anywhere
