La Curiosa tuna in pesto
It was great, but I’d rather have the tuna in curry they do, so prob won’t reorder.
Over brown rice ramen noodles cooked in bone broth, a delicious lunch!

I love a curry tin and this was no exception. Absolutely delicious. It’s pricey so won’t be able to enjoy it frequently but I was really impressed with the texture and flavors. Over jasmine rice with onion raita.
I posted on our Buy Nothing group the other day and was given a Cuisinart DLC-X plus. It’s vintage, made in Japan, rated for home and commercial use! It also came with a spare mixing bowl and blades. Such a great score.
The main bowl it came with has a ton of scratch marks and now my husband and I are arguing about wether it’s better to use the shiny newer bowl or the dinged up and scratched older bowl.
A penny for your thoughts!
I have never cooked this type of steak before, but we bought a couple of tri-tips from our local farmer.
Does anyone have a recommendation for marinating them? I was considering doing this fermented orange and brown sugar paste with a little bit of chili, but I wanted to see if anyone had a tried and true method.
Plan is to grill them for my husband for Father’s Day tomorrow.
Over edamame spread on toasted sourdough with ramp salt and hemp hearts.
The couscous salad was adapted from Smitten Kitchen’s recipe. I made the following changes:
Pork broth
Hemp hearts
More lemon juice
Lemon zest
White wine vinegar
Extra roasted garlic
Ramp salt
Didn’t realize I was out of olives. Olives would hit and so would some feta!
Would make again and double the recipe. It would for sure impress a crowd of hippies.
Chicken was grown and harvested here at home and grilled after rubbing with herbs.
I want to buy 100 more. On rye toast, fuck yeah.
On rye toast with ramp salt. Mild and sweet, maybe my favorite sardines so far.
I’m really excited to crack into these tins and will be posting when I do!
These were really good! First bite was a little gritty but the rest wasn’t. Great texture, spice, and flavor!
All recs from this sub (albeit from an old post). Bonus collagen jellies to hit free shipping 🙃I’m excited to test out the Korean sunscreens
Because disposable diapers and wipes are soooo horrific. One of her followers in the comment said I’m embarrassed to use disposable wipes and diapers, but I buy the most expensive ones! She responded saying I’m sure I do things you would think are crazy too. The fuck? Get over yourself freak.
