This is how my house looks after the skim coat. Is this OK?

The only thing left to do is the color according to the vendor. He came to look at it today and he said it's fine. He said they cut the bits of fiberglass off which does not make any sense to me. He also randomly decided to change the arch in my porch ceiling without asking me and now it looks horrible. I'd very much appreciate some feedback. Thank you. PS I just noticed looking through some of the posts here that they didn't do a weep screed. That's going to be a huge problem I think.

Is this a mess or am I too picky?

I'm having my house re-stucco'd and I don't think they are doing a very good job however I've never done this before. Based on the attached pictures I'd appreciate feedback. I should add they say the skim coat is done. Thank you.
