Is there somewhere that has a good source to download the image files for all of the new set? Instead of going to Dreamborn and manually copying each image, is there a website that have a button to download all card images?
Hey everyone, I'm at the point in my business where I need some help. I'm CRA and doing about 80% AMC work, 10% direct bank work, and 10% private work. I logged 560 orders last year as a sole proprietor and on pace for about 600 this year. Its too much and I find myself needing help.
To those of you who have office admins, what are their responsibilities and what is the pay structure like? Is it 40/hr full-time or commission based on orders completed? Do they help with report prep, scheduling, new client sign-ups, phone calls and emails? I'm looking for some guidance because I'm not sure how to structure the actual work responsibilities. Also, what type of person do you find best fits this job? Is it a trainee, Realtor, former secretary, college student, or anyone else?

I know you guys are full of opinions, and I'm looking for them this time. I'm measuring a home that has a detached garage with a finished room and bathroom above the garage. The finished area is about 410 sf. It is an open 20x16 room with a bathroom and a closet. I'm labelling it as a detached office, but the Realtor and owner insist that it be called an Apartment. I'm not sure if there are rules around this, but I'm under the impression that an apartment would need some sort of kitchen or food prep area. What are your opinions?
