Shein or Evri?

Hi all!

I have a Shein parcel that I ordered with express delivery on 10/5, it was due to arrive 17-18/5. I am going on a trip on 23/5 so wanted the items before then.

Parcel was cleared by UK customs at 10am on 18/5 and Shein’s tracking suggests it was handed to the local logistics service at around 5pm that same day and has been “in transit” since. The last update on the tracker is from yesterday 20/5 saying “your parcel has passed the most recent stage of processing and is continuing on its journey”. Evri’s tracking on the other hand still says they’re expecting it and the useless AI bot Ezra can’t do anything for me as it’s still with the sender according to them and tells me to contact Shein. Shein are fobbing me off with promises to escalate it with Evri/their logistics team but never give me any tangible updates on where the parcel is or when I’ll receive it. They won’t refund me until 25/5 at the earliest.

Any ideas on when I can expect to receive this or has anyone had this before? I’m thinking it’s probably lost in transit at this point, either by Shein or Evri. Just annoyed I don’t know who has it or where it is!

Delivery Timeframe?

Hey all 👋

I placed a couple of large orders on 10/5 for a trip I’m going on, I leave 23/5. For this order, it was stuff specifically for the trip so I paid extra for expedited shipping to the UK. It was split into 3 packages, the 2 smaller packages arrived last week, expected delivery date for this particular package was 17-18/5. My other order was just general everyday stuff that I wasn’t in a huge rush for so I just opted for standard delivery, expected 18/5-20/5.

Annoyingly, the package I wasn’t in a rush for should be getting delivered today, that was cleared by customs and passed to the courier within a few hours, but the package I really need was cleared by customs yesterday and no movement since. I’ve already received the 500 points from Shein but they’ve said to contact them again for a refund if I haven’t received my items by 25/5, which will be too late. Don’t want a refund, I want my items. I selected urgent delivery and they’ve said they’ve escalated it to the logistics team to prioritise my parcel. I haven’t had any communication about the package being delayed, the only thing I’ve noted is the “special delivery items may take longer” but I’m not sure what items in my order class as special delivery and how much longer they take?

Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated! Screenshots attached, ty in advance for reading :)
