So, I have practically zero preparation for SAT. I took a practice test, I only got like 1180. (600 in maths, 580 in reading). I am aiming for 1570+ (I badly need that)..the problem is my language barrier. I found SAT maths to be easy in general. But I haven't studied maths in English actually but in my mother tongue. Now understanding the questions are being a hassle. And even after learning a lot of C2 level vocabs (for school and journaling), I am weak af in reading. My 12th grade graduation is on October. And I have very important exams till March 2027. Can yall provide me with information and guidelines please?!

I am from Southeast Asia. I am going to sit on my high school finals on July - August.

I wanna get into one of the Ivies (mainly Yale, Princeton, or Stanford) in an engineering major. My country's education system is a mess. There's not many eca opportunities here so I participated continuously in Olympiads. And have a couple of national achievements and an international achievement in an English Olympiad. And I've got leadership and volunteering experiences.

Now what else I need to do? I was wanting to do a research program but most of them are in the same time as my finals and it's impossible for me to do them during that time. I am thinking of publishing an independent research paper by the end of the year.
