Hi guys, i am a dropper and this is my 1st time trying for NIFT. My rank this year in B.des was in 4000s and BFTECH in 400s. I could get into Bftech this year since I have OBC quota but i wanted B.DES FC.

Should I join Silica, BRDS, Desizn Circle or any suggestions. My drawing skills needs more practice and i can do well with mcqs.

I gave my 12th for the 1st time in 2025 and I failed 3 main subjects PCM.

I gave my PCM again in 2026 and got compartment in Physics and failed the compartment again.

I had already taken addmission in a National Institute which costed me 2 lakhs for seat and 1.5 lakhs in hostel and mess

I dont know what to do. I am 19. PLEASE HELP ME. I feel so depressed and lonely and I dont know how to handle stuff

how would you rate your experience in delhi??

how is the social life, clubbing, partying?

is it safe?

should i chose mumbai or delhi

I am really confused bcs

nift delhis location is nice plus cost of living and pgs are cheaper nift delhis campus is nicer + looks better delhi is so unsafe and the weather totally sucks and no nightouts and clothing restrictions.

nift mumbais cost of living is high and its not even in the main city so travelling to the main city will be the struggle pgs are expensive but mumbai city is safer and kinda cooler than delhi

my parents want delhi for easy travelling and also bcs its less expensive

i know these are top 2 campuses, the acedemics side will be fine. which city is better for exposure, clubbing parties and having fun also i want to get into work into design or fc feilds eventually even tho i have taken bft so which city would be better

I dont know if this has been mentioned before but when they are in the car after dropping jackie home from pre crash party, before having sex shauna warns jeff with the "if you get me pregnant, i am going to train the baby to end you" or smthg along the lines. Is this like a major foreshadow that maybe callie is going to end jeff or maybe after losing the 1st baby shauna turned into that person. sorry if its stupid

I filled annexure 1 stating that I have a compartment. It has a discrepancy because I opted for state domicile and it needs a certificate that has school location.

I have my documents from last years 12th (admit card, fail marksheet, TC certificate)

From this year I dont have the marksheet and my admit card has the name of the centre and private candidate

I have my 11th marksheet and it is stated that I can upload that as well.

So what all should I upload, please help me out 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have always been interested in FC, but the only good campus I can get is Kangra, and I will probably have to sit through all the rounds for it.

FC cons are-

1. harder to travel

2. lesser chances of internship/ networking/experience

3. I am already from a mid tier city so going into another will mean that I won't be able to experience full freedom or have fun.

4. less chances to make friends outside of nift

5. I studied hard during school so that I could have fun during college and I dont think I could do that in Kangra

The pros-

1. studying FC

2. living in a hill station

BFtech cons-

1. I would have to study and do internships unrelated to BFT so that I can also work in the FC industry

2. Will probably get jealous of students studying FC in my college

The pros-

1. Good city

2. Good freedom

3. Better opportunities

4. fun college life outside of college

5. Better networking

Looking at the pros and cons, I am leaning towards BFT but it is a life altering desicion which will affect my career so I would like to know your input into this

I also wanted to know if we can take FC as a minor in BFTech?

The NIFT website shows nothing about it but I have heard people say we can, hence the confusion.

Hi, I gave cbse boards this year and failed in physics. i have to gvie the compartment exam in july to finally pass. will this affect my chances at getting a college through cuet?

i am a pcm student and gave pcm + english and general aptitude in cuet but i want to study mass media and communication. is this possible for me?

Hi, I am a CBSE student and I got a compartment in Physics which I will have to give in July and result of the exam will come in July last week to August.

I have 62% without the comparment paper so I am passing the 50% in boards criterion.

I am confident about getting a good rank in NIFT but will my compartment paper hinder my chances during counselling.

I have heard about provisional addmission but I dont know how it works so if anyone would be kind enought to explain it to me please do. 🙏🏻
