Listen carefully to Grusch! He is begging to be hired by Trump. "Call me in to help solve this very, very quickly. I know who to call and what doors to knock on. If I ever got summoned I would solve this very quickly and call up the A-team for the president if he wanted to get control of this issue"

I would like to point out a very important observation about Grusch's recent interview with Dr. Phil which I think is worth emphasizing.

At a certain point Grusch says how he is also not at all satisfied with the files being released. He says he could simply sit on the top secret intelligence community network for about one day and pull a ton of low-hanging fruit information that many people with systems access could access and release more interesting material than what is currently being seen.

He does not understand why the bureaucratic apparatus is resisting so hard, aside from social, psychological, and national security concerns that have been mentioned to past presidents who have been briefed.

But he seems very concerned about helping, and he is volunteering to work at an official capacity and warning the president so it doesn't become too late. We need to listen to him and support him.

Grusch wants to be hired by president Trump. Listen to what he said:

> I'm certainly happy to assist in my own capacity if I ever got the call or summoned. I never want to go back to government full-time - obviously I'm a professional staff member for Representative Burlson part-time - , but certainly they could ring me up if they needed to, call me in to help solve this very, very quickly for the president. Because I know who to call and what doors to knock on.

Later, he repeats:

> [...] I certainly know what the president was briefed on in his previous term and and certainly what Secretary Rubio was briefed on as well and what was given to the ICIG and whatnot. And so, it's up to them to do a search and seizure activity at those locations and also depose witnesses that have that information. So, once again, certainly, if I ever got summoned I would solve this very quickly and call up the A-team for the president if he wanted to get control of this issue.

Grusch repeats this along the interview, and make it obvious that he is asking to be hired by the president and is hopeful that, this time, he won't face a repeat of what happened when he turned to AARO. And what happened when he went to AARO? Listen carefully:

>I challenged DoD AARO's office last year in a meeting. I was in a in a classified meeting with Representative Burlison and I offered to them, "okay, well, I will cross-examine witnesses for you". I named several current and former government officials that ran these programs on behalf of the government and provided them several leads and I was like, "Invite me back. I'll cross-examine and extract this information from these individuals based on my career in the IC doing certain things". I have an unusual talent for negotiation, interrogations and interviews. And, once again, it's been 15 months and AARO ghosted me and never contacted me again because, I guess, they were likely afraid of what I would say or do or extract from these individuals. It's actually quite sad that that organization is as troubled as it is. But I even offered to grill these senior executives in front of the AARO leadership and unfortunately they never took me up on my offer. So... I've tried. And I've confronted the government that's saying that there's nothing to see here as professionally and as calmly as possible but certain organizations have not taken me up on my patriotic offer unfortunately.

Maybe this time he'll manage to succeed with more robust, official support. Grusch praises the president and expresses hope. He believes that something good can truly be accomplished.

>I really hope that President Trump delivers on his promise. I think this is going to be the the singular thing that's going to define his legacy. Believe it or not, I think it's not going to be the war in Iran. Unfortunately, I'm not going to adjudicate, that, I think that's a contentious thing. But I think Mr. Miller and the president's team needs to realize this is going to be the defining moment of his legacy because even if Trump doesn't disclose, this is coming out... The genie's out of the bottle now, and it's going to look back on what did the president know and why didn't he get the information out. And that goes to W. Bush, that goes to other presidents in the past that we will access this information. And so I, you know, I'm proud to be a part of that defining moment in American history where this is finally coming out.

And then Dr. Phill asks:

> Dr. Phill: [...] my question to you is if the president said, "Okay, Dr. Phil" with or without cameras, whatever "if David knows where these things are and gave me the clearance to accompany you there, you have the ability to take me to where we could see a craft and a cadaver somewhere somehow", you you believe you could do that? > Grusch: Oh, yeah. We could take a little field trip out west, we'll say. Yeah. And we we could we could certainly go to those facilities.

The problem is that the agencies involved could very well be destroying records and hiding all the evidence in advance. This is the reason for the rush, and this needs to be noted urgently. Grush warns the president that unless something is done quickly, evidence might be getting destroyed at this very moment:

> And you know, even going back to MK Ultra, remember Richard Helms in 1973 ordered Sidley Gotautly to destroy all the MK Ultra documents. There was a shell game within the CIA to prevent the inspector general, general counsel, uh, Congress from learning about the program. And we only know what we know about MK Ultra through the financial records that were found and stored separately. Uh, so that's why we know, you know, 30% of what was going on. and the CIA had this document destruction process. And I do worry if President Trump hasn't provided a either classified or otherwise historical document preservation notice hold that a lot of the information on the the UAP recovery program is being destroyed as we speak akin to MK Ultra in the 70s.

But could the programs hid ALL the evidence? The answer is NO. Remember the "too big to move UFO"? Well... They can't hide it! A-ha! Grusch knows where it is, and can take the president there!

> [...] Sometimes certain things are hard to move, you know, when they're particular size and it's a little bit laborious to move. So, I think there's some locations that, hum, likely are untouched, because... I'll be very vague on that... Not to spook the herd.

Nevertheless, by all indications, the government's own efforts to pursue this investigation have run into obstacles they do not know how to resolve. But Grusch understands exactly how these programs are concealed and what the obstacles are. And I strongly suspect that Grusch is in direct contact with UAP Gerb, because what he mentions in the following citation is precisely what Gerb picked up on between the lines of his interviews and researched in depth — namely, how an SAP can be hidden and waived from oversight by making it a NSAP, a program linked to the White House. See what Grusch said:

> [...] unfortunately, from what I understand, there was a little bit of fear in those in those committees, especially in the Senate, and they didn't open up some full field investigation. I think Mark Warner and Marco Rubio were a little nervous to really up the ante with the the deep state that they were tackling. That's probably a longer discussion. And then of course the ICIG investigated it. And from what I understand (back channelled to me unofficially) is Jake Sullivan and White House general counsel office basically told Tom Monheim (who was the inspector general for the intelligence community under Biden) and his staff to stop, and they realized they were bumping into White House classified programs, something called special access programs. And eventually they were told to stop, from what I understand. And I would love for Mr. Monheim and and Jake Sullivan who's been in many interesting meetings about this subject... So, I'd be curious what Mr. Sullivan has to say for himself when he was the national security adviser in his history on this topic. So, uh, once again, I hope Secretary Rubio is helping Stephen Miller at the White House because I'm hearing mixed messages about Stephen Miller seriousness and I hope he understands how this will impact President Trump's legacy if this is botched.

Basically what David Grusch is alluding is a loophole White House/NSC-derived legacy operations have utilized was creating a White House-controlled special access program (specifically a non-covert action program) which completely removes any reporting and carve-out requirements.

Listen to what I’m saying: regarding this specific matter of SAPs, consider Gerb a spokesperson for Grusch. Everything he says about this actually has its origins in what Grusch said (likely directly to him, I suspect). Gerb was the one responsible to do the homework, explain it for us, line by line and in detail, in a way Grusch wouldn't be able do.

Other important statements by Grusch

  • Some secret programs in the government discovered it was possible to learn signatures emitted by UAP craft. The U.S. tracks them, and the tracking system is hidden in plain sight within the national intelligence architecture. The tracking is buried in the back end of certain hardware and software processing so that an observer would never know that was what it was actually designed to do. From what I understood, they are essentially covertly obtaining critical data on UAPs via hardware and software embedded in technologies that are well-known and in plain sight, and all this data and documents generated from them are being siphoned off, and are not being made public. Grusch shared all this information with Representative Burlison, who is trying to handle the matter with DIA leadership.

  • Grusch also refers to a recent episode in the history of the legacy program when, during the war of terror, there was a lack of funds to finance the programs. And this meant that much of the acquired exotic technology is now in private hands.

> [...] starting in the early 2000s when a lot of money was siphoned for the global war of terror, the the big defense contractors started doing their own retrievals sort of off books under the cognizance of certain government agencies. So there's a lot in, I'll call it, "private possession" in defense contractor space that I think the government doesn't have a full accounting on.

  • Grusch mentions many types of UAP vehicles: discs, sunfish/boot-heel-shaped objects, boomerangs, crescent moon-shaped craft, tic-tacs, and egg-shaped craft.

  • The range of NHI goes from very familiar types that seem just a little more advanced than humans, to indescribable non-corporeal types of sentience.

  • He thus also clarifies the "sentient plasmoids" he'd mentioned previously. He was refering to the orb phenomenon, where luminous orbs appear in groups at a sensitive test range, showing intelligent control. The orbs, as he says, are not simply ball lightning; they appear to be a "plasmoid-type intelligence".

  • Some of the recovered craft were assessed as likely drones, while others were piloted. In other words, it is a true historical statement that some recovered vehicles were empty and the pilots were not present.

  • Grusch states he knows people who have had direct interactions in a "detainment" situation involving non-human entities, which sounds unusual but is true. He cannot explain how this communication works but acknowledges it is sort of what people commonly call telepathy, and it is real.

  • He refers to a friend who were on retrievals and felt that kind of communication as they approached a vehicle during cordoning and waiting for transport. (Is Grusch alluding to Jake Barber telepathic experience while retrieving the "eightgon"?)

  • When Dr. Phil delivers his long, repetitive spiel about the improbabilities involved in these extraterrestrial beings' technologies, commenting on all those numbers, boring calculations and listing exorbitant planetary distances, G-forces, and so on Grusch counters by challenging (very conveniently, IMO) the heavy emphasis Dr. Phil places on the extraterrestrial hypothesis; instead, he counters by offering various other explanations, effectively relegating the extraterrestrial hypothesis to a marginal position among them:

> [...] but I do caution to ascribe this whole phenomenon as merely just extraterrestrial. That's certainly a piece of the pie. That's likely what some of this is, but there's other taxonomies of "anomalous intelligences", we'll call it, that... perhaps it's ultraterrestrial... perhaps it grew up here and it left and it came back... And there's there's shadow biome, there's other types of origins, there's under the sea that we don't understand 70% of our oceans and what advanced intelligence might have um developed on the seabed, so to speak... "wink wink". And so there's a lot of different things that this could be. I certainly don't have all the answers and I'm not omnipotent and did not have full exposure of the US government's holdings and analysis of that. But we need to be open to a lot of different possible origins, none of which I think conflicts with basic Judeo-Christian theology. But we need to be open to some of that too because I suspect um a good portion of this is not you know traditionally extraterrestrial so to speak.

You know what? I think all the explanations Grusch gave are true at the same time. He wasn't offering mutually exclusive explanations, he was listing them.

Bonus analysis

I always pay close attention to some small details. I usually follow any clues pointing toward the time-travel hypothesis (yes, I'm sure there's something very serious about this). There has long been speculation that some of these beings (some call them P-47s or P-52s, for those in the know) are actually humans traveling back in time (consequently "jumping" between timelines, altering ours, and seeking to relocate here, and share this place with us). The lore goes that, due to a catastrophe in a future that didn't come to pass for us, humans left Earth for another location, underwent a very long period of evolution off-world, and once they finally restructured civilization and mastered time technology, they sought to return to Earth, albeit at a different point in time: their past, but our present. In other words, allegedly, some group of the so called grey aliens are, in fact our descendants coming back home. And if you paid attention, the first explanation Grusch mentions is the ultraterrestrial. And maybe he was hinting to this knowledge when he says that:

> [...] perhaps it grew up here and it, left, and it came back...

Is this the great and most unpalatable secret, the confirmation of which would leave the entire world jaw-dropped? What if they already know some of them are actually humans? Who knows...

UAP Gerb Briefing Document (GBD) - A written companion to UAP Gerb's current research

The UAP Gerb videos are known for being dense, intricate, and packed with layered topics that are not always immediately clear on first viewing. Gerb is a HIGHLY organized researcher, no doubt, but the video format doesn't always provide the kind of structured reference that some of us need.

As a researcher, I personally prefer having written material to highlight, annotate, and revisit. So I decided to create this "Gerb Briefing Document" for those who, like me, would benefit from written support (that isn't just a raw and messy AI transcript) when navigating Gerb's work.

The two last projects/videos, Manhattan Project 2.0 and Special Access Required, are MASTERPIECES of research, monumental contributions that deserve to be absorbed by the community as efficiently as possible. Study them!

I also hope this effort serves as an encouragement for UAP Gerb to consider adopting, alongside his already excellent video production workflow, some strategy or adaptation that would allow him to simultaneously output an official written version , complete with all sources, page numbers, references, and citations. I am speaking of a version far superior to this one, obviously, after all, he is the one who possesses all the original sources and documents needed to add apropriate footnotes and bibliographic references. My effort here falls far short of what is actually needed - namely, something of an academic caliber, which is something I unfortunately don't have the time to transform it into. It should not be forgotten that the written word still remains the main public square of every serious researcher.

What exaclty I did:

I first prepared annotations manually in obsidian, then finalized the file in word. I obtained the transcriptions with the help of a website, then manually corrected every abbreviation, error, and acronyms, some of them deepseek could help me find and overwrite. I worked on it for three weeks. It took a while because I organized the entire content while watching and pausing the videos, to "reverse-engineer" the full structure of the two videos, which is not always clear to the viewer (and it was then that I realized just how much more organized Gerb is than he appears to those who simply watch casually, its insane...). I uncovered an entire deeper structure underlying the video structure: check the table of contents and pdf markers. After working on it, I finally managed to organize my mind around the subject, and I have everything perfeclty mapped out.

I chose to adopt a bullet-point structure almost throughout the entire document, with clear, objective, and direct statements, so as to eliminate any kind of filler or wasted space with transitional sentences or connective phrasing between arguments.

What this is NOT:

  • This document is NOT some sloppy AI-generated mess.
  • This is not the raw transcription of the videos. There is no exact correspondence between the actual transcription and the text I provide, as I modified the wording, extracted implicit arguments, transformed them into direct and objective statements, and reordered the exposition in many cases to correct the occasional marks of orality. Pure and distilled knowledge.

I hope you enjoy it. I will be keeping an eye out for eventual issues you might find. Let's make this an open-source effort.

edit: add links to the videos
