Is 25k OTD a good price for a super clean 2021 CX-30 Premium with 12K miles, all service records and the remainder of the CPO warranty so 2 years powertrain, one year bumper to bumper?

I am looking for a big cabin Air BNB for 5-8 girls depending on if they can all go. Does anyone have any great air BNB recommendations?
Bride is looking for a large house with a hot tub, that is close to a town. I am thinking Portsmouth NH or Portland ME. They have the great town, but not great Air BNB options near by that I can find.
Activities I am thinking of doing: Paint and Sip, Karaoke, Vineyard
