Roommate for Bklyn apt search 8/1 or 8/15
Hello! I’m a 30y/o woman about to start looking for a new place preferable in central Brooklyn (Crown Heights, Park Slope, Bed Stuy etc) and I’m looking for 1 or 2 roommates to search with. My max budget is ~$2200 (so maybe around $4,000 for a 2-bed) and I’m looking for a spot that has a nice, day lit living space, is close to the train, has decently sized bedrooms— basically not a shoebox. Lease at least a year if not more.
I am an architect who mostly works in the office. I enjoy being friends with my roommates but also like to maintain a calm and tidy environment, and it would be great to really create a cozy and well-decorated home together. Would love to live with other queer/nerdy/artsy people but open to anyone!
