Audi A7 3.0 TDI - No drive, gearbox fault

Hi everyone,
I’m having a serious issue with my Audi A7 3.0 TDI (C7). I’m trying to figure out whether this is electrical/CAN related or a failed gearbox/TCU.

The car was driving completely fine before I left it sitting for a few weeks. It had a slight jerk in 1st and occasionally 2nd gear, but otherwise shifted through all gears normally.
After it sat, I started getting a chain of problems:
TPMS fault + system fault
Parking brake malfunction
Gearbox malfunction warning
Engine sometimes cuts out after starting
Now the car will not move in D or R at all
When selecting gear there is a whirring noise but no movement
No soft limiter on the engine anymore

VCDS fault codes include:
P0700 Transmission MIL request
P179E Selector lever sensor electrical fault
U0101 No communication with transmission control module
U0001 Powertrain databus fault
P0606 / P1603 internal control module processor faults
Electrical info:
New battery fitted a few months ago
Voltage drops to ~9.6V when cranking
Charging voltage when running is ~14.1–14.4V
I had a known water leak into the driver-side footwell before this happened

Before I left it sitting, the gearbox was still fully functioning, just slightly rough in low gears. No limp mode or major issues.
Right now the car starts but barely runs properly and won’t drive at all.

Ops on intake mod?

Bought a universal ramair intake because I didn’t like how it just uses a metal plate and the whole intake is exposed.

Did some hacking and bending inside the stock air box, cut into the top and plastic welded a stainless steel mesh to the top, I get my cool noises, plus my ignition control module still gets proper airflow, probably gonna spray the mesh black so it doesn’t look as messy but quite pleased with the OEM+ vibe of it

What colour should I wrap it?

Bought an anniversary kit and am going to wrap the kit myself and the rest of the car, what colour should I wrap it?
I was thinking matte black but it just seems a bit boring, I really love the blue I have right now and I was thinking to look and see if I can find a wrap that matches frozen blue from the G80 M3s

1.8T AGU, I’m noticing when slowing crawling up in speed the engine keeps cutting what I assume to be fuel then resuming like nothings wrong, then I’m getting this error, any idea what’s causing it and how I can fix it?

Anyone cut off the back box off their 1.8t and ran it like that?

How did it sound

Got a completely stock car in terms of performance mods other than coilovers and alloys

Just looking for a cheap easy way to make it sound more fun until I can get a 3’ down pipe and exhaust when I go for 300

Also was wondering if I should throw 5% tint in the back and 70 in the front or do 20 back 70 front so it’s less drastic
