I’m nervous about the interaction with doxepin and Zoloft as the paper that came with my doxepin said there could be potential interactions. Anyone take this combo?

Currently on 25mg of Zoloft that I take around 5pm, and was prescribed 10mg Doxepin to take at night for insomnia, which I would take around 9 or 10pm. I get up for work around 6-7am.

I was previously taking 25mg of Hydroxyzine which works great for sleep but concerned on long term use with it(e.g dementia). I previously took trazadone and had a horrible reaction from it (before I started Zoloft).

I also take Nurtec as needed for migraines.
