I bought some "spicy" Ann Summers pieces on Vinted and collected from my usual store today. I am far from a prude (hence the purchase 🫠) but was really embarrassed to see that the seller had sent it in a transparent, clear cellophane bag. I'm in that store on a daily basis, dropping off and picking up, and it was genuinely uncomfortable (I think for the owner as much as me) for what I had bought to be totally visible.

Attached is my exchange with the seller, who I messaged in the context of "gentle feedback" about the packaging. I think I'm just hoping someone here will sympathise because I feel quite strange about the whole thing.

Hi! Does anyone have the Ketra dress? I'm not too familiar with Reformation clothing (only have an Ecomove sports dress) so would really welcome views on sizing generally but especially in relation to this piece if possible. I'm usually a UK size 8 (US 4). Should I assume this will fit me in my regular size? I'm likely to buy on a resale platform with no refund option so the purchase is slightly "at-risk".... Thanks ❤️

I've been selling for years (780+ sales) and never had any issues, but had a notification today regarding low quality pictures?! 99% of the time I present things on hangers on the wall, but in the case of these black trousers it was easier to show the detail by laying them flat on the floor (black is relatively difficult to photograph). Is that what Vinted mean by low quality?

NB: these trousers had accumulated 33 likes in less than 24 hours before they were hidden, so buyers clearly didn't struggle to see them ...

Has this happened to anyone else?

The recent Vinted glitching has hit a new level - I just received a notification informing me that one user had replied to "my" feedback, but neither of the people involved in that exchange was me! As in, two random people had a transaction, and I received a notification that one had replied to the other's feedback.

Not the biggest problem in the grand scheme of things but for the last few days the Vinted app has shown a red notification bubble and that I have 2 unread messages, when I don't. It's so irritating. Has this happened to anyone else/any fix to suggest? I've tried pulling down and refreshing the screen, tabbing between messages and notifications, logging out and back in and uninstalling and reinstalling the whole app....

I'm always amazed at how many people have little to no ability to identify a scam, despite the clearest markers.

Someone (a bot?) is "selling" this couture Zimmermann dress for £100. Title says "Zim" but brand category is Zara. There is only one photo, which a quick reverse image search shows is screenshotted from the internet; the seller has zero reviews, and this is their only listing.

And yet this has had over 150 favourites and 3 offers in the 8 hours since midnight last night. Not sure what other clues people need to help them identify a scam.
